Initially hadn't even planned on chasing today, but finished up at MPX and headed out. Caught up with a neat storm near Olivia as it moved to the SE. This one wasn't SVR warned but still looked neat.

I love how the sun played around with this one...

My car decided it needed some time in the light as well.

These next pictures were near Blomkest, which is just south of Willmar, MN with a great sunset.


...and another as the storm showed some strengthening and a bit of rotation as it started moving it Southeast and was warned for hail as a core descended.

A tad dark but I was going for the mean and menacing look here.

For not even planning on chasing, it was one of the more fun ones of the year as it's been so quiet in Minnesota so far...
